About Us
Waiheke Prime Tours offers exceptional private tours of Waiheke Island with a Japanese guide who lives on the island. Unlike typical winery tours, we provide a completely private and personalized experience tailored to each customer. I myself have lived here for over 10 years, and the more I learn about this beautiful wine island, the more I am captivated by it. I started these private Waiheke Island tours with the desire to share the charm of this island with more and more Japanese people. Currently, most people only explore the Oneroa area on a half-day trip before returning to Auckland...what a waste! I want to show you more of the island's charm through our tours, and we will flexibly guide you to the easternmost area and hidden spots that many tour companies avoid because they are inefficient.
On days when there are no tours, I work at the wine center in Oneroa, so I can also help you choose wines to take home as souvenirs or send back to Japan. I aim to create unforgettable memories by introducing you to beautiful beaches, vineyards, wine tastings, delicious lunches and dinners, and stylish local souvenir shops, and to deepen the connection between Waiheke Island and Japan.
